I don't take pharmaceuticals and without kratom, I don't know how I would have survived the constant excruciating pain. I take the red during the day and the green at night because it keep me awake. I'm sleeping very well.

the red kratom gives me relief from pain and a nice energy boost (the reason I don't take it at night). I've been setting my alarm for two hours before I have to get up, take 6 caps (making my own) of the red and go back to sleep. this way I awaken almost pain free.

TIP: ongoing use can cause constipation, but I drink a 'lemonade' that's vitamin c crystals, xylitol, and water and have no problem. it's also delicious!
