Harvesting Process:
Our diligent farmers meticulously hand-pick Kratom leaves, ensuring that only fully ripened leaves are selected for harvesting.

Cleaning Process:
Immediately after harvesting, each leaf undergoes thorough cleaning. Our skilled farmers carefully wash each leaf with clean, running water until all impurities and dirt are completely removed, leaving them pristine and free from contaminants.

Drying Process:
Post-cleaning, the leaves are gently dried indoors using natural sunlight as the primary heat source. This meticulous drying process effectively reduces the moisture content in the leaves, making them suitable for powder production. Indoor drying guarantees the creation of clean leaf fragments, devoid of dust, sand, or any airborne contaminants.

Grinding Process:
Following drying and sorting, the leaves are crushed and separated from twigs. Subsequently, the crushed leaves are finely ground into a powder within our specialized milling warehouse. We employ stainless steel tools and machines that adhere to food-grade standards. Additionally, UV sterilization is used to eliminate the risk of microorganism contamination. The resulting fine powder is then meticulously cooled in a specially enclosed room.

Lab Testing:
The final step involves comprehensive laboratory testing of the fine powder to ensure its mitragynine content and confirm its safety. This rigorous testing process screens for Salmonella, E. Coli, as well as yeast and mold, ensuring that our product meets the highest quality and safety standards for our B2B customers.
